“What does [seemingly unrelated thing] have to do with business?”
Yeah, I’m writing one of those. But stick with me.
YouTube recently suggested some Feng Shui shorts…
(stick with me!)
…and they’re entertaining and practical.
I’m not going to try to convert you to Feng Shui, but the reason why I like these videos is this: the ripple effects of seemingly insignificant tweaks.
In the videos, it’s adding a rug or shifting the position of a chair. Tiny tweaks, big difference.
Let’s make this relevant to your business.
A client of mine, Joe, had a couple of salespeople. Conversions weren’t great, but nothing he thought was a disaster.
I got curious.
We looked at his funnel numbers and found the problem wasn’t the conversion rate on the calls. It was the show-up rate. Too many no-shows.
Tiny tweak: instead of letting people book three weeks out, we capped it at three days.
Show-up rate skyrocketed. No wasted spots. Conversions more than doubled.
One tiny tweak. Big ripple.
So here’s the question:
Where could a tiny shift create a big difference for you?
Spend a few minutes looking for one.
Or if you’re not sure where to look, I’ll look with you. It’s free, no hard pitch. Just a short Profit Clarity Call to find your “tiny tweak.”

P.S. Yes, I skipped the usual photo of suits pointing at charts. Instead we’ve got: strategic positioning… of the office greenery. 😆
